Delivering consultative services to help accelerate customers’ and partners’ business needs August 2, 2016 – San Jose, CA – Edgewater Networks, the leader in Network Edge Orchestration, announced today the availability of its Professional Service Division.  The Professional Services Division will provide a comprehensive suite of value-added consultative services designed to help a customer or partner accelerate the business and quickly maximize the return on their investment in the Network Edge Orchestration platform. Initial offerings will focus on Edgewater Networks’ Sales Acceleration and Edgewater Networks Plan, Build, and Operate services. Edgewater Networks Sales Acceleration Program is designed to help customers and partners with the tools and support to accelerate their time to market. This includes industry and operational expertise from Edgewater Networks’ team on industry best practices, website design, developing marketing materials, offer development, custom configurations, and more. Edgewater Networks Plan, Build, Operate Services will focus on driving efficiencies into customer organizations, increasing customer satisfaction, and ensuring market success. By providing access to technology and industry experts Edgewater Networks is enabling our customers get to market in the fastest way possible with the highest ROI without having to build the expertise in -house.  Edgewater Networks Services provides just the right skillset at the right time to overcome any obstacles in the marketplace. The Professional Services Division will also launch the Edgewater Networks Academy in late 2016 to deliver various types of training to the market including sales and solution positioning, technical sales, and technical training. Sales training will be designed for customers’ sales teams, to better articulate the value of using Edgewater Networks solutions. Technical sales training will help engineering teams the tools to design solutions incorporating Network Edge Orchestration.
