DX Groep buys Dutch Cloud PBX provider gnTel

Increase Cloud PBX base and Gamma market share in the Netherlands and Germany July 20, 2020 - DX Groep BV ('DX Groep') invests in telecom, internet and IT companies and is pleased to announce that it has acquired Cloud PBX provider gnTel BV. gnTel BV is located in the Netherlands and also has an office in Germany. DX Group is part of Gamma Communications plc ("Gamma"), a leading technology-based communications services provider for the business market in the UK, the Netherlands, Germany and Spain. DX Groep consists of 'Dean One', 'Schiphol Connect' and 'Nimsys'. With the addition of 'gnTel', the Cloud PBX customer base in the region triples and at the same time DX Group expands the number of partners considerably.
