In January of this year, Dean One already fully integrated the all-in-one Horizon telephony solution with Cisco Webex Communications & Collaboration (UCC). The combination is the most complete communication solution in which telephony and Unified Communications & Collaboration are fully integrated. This allows business users to always communicate and collaborate in the most efficient way, from any location, anytime and from any device. Now that Horizon is also available in combination with Microsoft Teams, business partners can serve almost all business segments. The Horizon business telephone service offers a single, secure environment for smarter collaboration and more effective communication. Integration with the customer's Horizon telephony solution does not require complicated links. User management and reachability settings are handled through the user-friendly portal.
