Corvisa Goes Global with Network Presence in London and Amsterdam

Expansion brings first combined PaaS and SaaS solution to global enterprises corvisa logoMilwaukee, Wis. – November 17, 2015 – Cloud communications provider, Corvisa LLC, announced today that it will bring its unique combination of PaaS and SaaS solutions to the global market with the addition of point of presence (POP) locations at premier data center facilities in London and Amsterdam. The expansion comes as part of Corvisa’s initiative to provide solutions for both domestic and global enterprises looking to unify their international contact center and telecom needs. The POPs establish a fully redundant presence for Corvisa in Europe and include connectivity with multiple top European telecom carriers to ensure network reliability. Corvisa has also expanded its international footprint for DID, ITFS and SMS coverage to increase service options for global companies. “We are seeing a growing number of multinational companies that are tired of the reporting struggles, management time and inconsistencies that stem from having countless vendors for different locations,” said Corvisa CEO Matt Lautz. “By investing in our own global architecture, we can address the needs of those companies looking for a unified environment. Additionally, it affords Corvisa the ability to control and optimize security, reliability and call quality that will, in turn, deliver a better and more consistent communications experience.” The new locations are connected by Corvisa’s private fiber network, which gives customers the ability to leverage all of Corvisa’s global facilities instead of having to select a network location. "For the last 12 years, Ventana Research’s  benchmark research on contact centers in the cloud has indicated the importance of a unified experience, which has quickly risen to become contact centers' number one priority," said Richard Snow, vice president and research director of customer and contact center research at Ventana Research. "Corvisa's international expansion mirrors the demand we are seeing for global capabilities and provides enterprises with a unified experience and single source solution that, until now, has been a huge void in the market." “In addition to being able to serve as a single source for global contact center and telephony needs, we’re excited to also bring these customers the added flexibility of our Summit Platform. By using Summit to customize their contact center software or integrate voice and SMS features with existing technologies, multinational businesses will be able to more easily support the distinct needs of their users and clients and set themselves apart in today’s competitive global marketplace,” said Lautz. Corvisa is already in the process of expanding the POPs into full data centers with completion slated for 2016. Lautz notes that Corvisa will continue to actively pursue network expansion based on customer and partner demand, with considerations for future POPs in Los Angeles and Singapore.
