Cooley Boosts East Coast Capital Markets Practice

New York – March 10, 2020 – Eric Blanchard is joining Cooley’s capital markets practice as a partner in the New York office. He arrives from Covington & Burling, where he was global chair of its capital markets and securities practice. “Eric is a top-notch capital markets practitioner and brings to our team highly valuable experience working with public companies in a variety of industries, with a particular background in life sciences,” said Dave Peinsipp, co-chair of Cooley’s global capital markets practice. “He is also a trusted adviser to the investment banks.
