New York – February 9, 2017 – Cooley ranks #1 on Debtwire’s list of US creditors committee engagements for 2016 in its annual Restructuring Advisory Mandate Report. The report tracks and ranks advisors by the total number of representations announced, covering both in-court and out-of-court situations. M&A Advisor and The Deal also singled out Cooley for its bankruptcy work.
