CCA Urges FCC to treat service providers fairly

The Cloud Communications Alliance urged the FCC to adopt call blocking measures incrementally in a manner that recognizes the complex environment in which blocking is conducted and discouraged the possibility for discriminatory treatment of calls from competitive voice service providers.
