Carrie Johnson and Caitlin Quander Recognized by ColoradoBiz Magazine

June 16, 2022 - Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck is pleased to announce that Carrie Johnson and Caitlin Quander, shareholders in its Denver office, were recognized by  ColoradoBiz as finalists for its ranking of 2022 GenXYZ Top 25 Young Professionals. Now in its 12th year, the award recognizes young professionals for their professional achievements and community involvement. Johnson focuses on litigation related to complex contract, corporate governance, fiduciary duty, fraud and securities issues. In particular, she has extensive expertise in managing both internal and external crises for businesses and their owners, using her business acumen and proven instincts to create and execute multifaceted strategies. She lends her appellate expertise to the Colorado Women’s Bar Association, for which she acts as the co-chair of the Amicus Curiae Subcommittee. Within the firm, she serves as the co-chair of the Women's Leadership Initiative and as the hiring and review partner for the Litigation Department. Quander’s practice spans all areas of real estate development including acquisitions and dispositions, zoning and development as well as serving as special and general counsel to various governmental and quasi-governmental entities. Working primarily on Colorado projects, she regularly interfaces with local municipalities and agencies. She advises clients on development and entitlement matters related to land use, including zoning due diligence, development agreements and intergovernmental agreements. She serves on the board of trustees of Historic Denver, as president-elect on the board of directors of NAIOP Colorado and as an appointee for the Advancing Equity in Rezoning Task Force for the City and County of Denver.
