Brownstein’s Sharon Caulfield Appointed Chair of LeadingAge Legal Committee

February 12, 2018 - Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck is pleased to announce that  Sharon Caulfield, a shareholder in the firm’s Denver office, has been appointed to a two-year term as chair of LeadingAge’s Legal Committee. In her role, Sharon will help the staff of LeadingAge to develop resources and perspectives on current issues in the senior services industry by engaging the members of the committee on responses to regulatory drafts, legislative initiatives and analysis of issues that cross state lines. LeadingAge is a charitable organization focused on education, advocacy and applied research. Its more than 6,000 members and partners include nonprofit organizations that represent the entire field of aging services, 38 state partners, hundreds of businesses, consumer groups, foundations and research partners. Sharon has numerous clients in the senior services industry, including life plan communities, PACE programs, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living organizations and home and community-based organizations.
