Grolle specializes in managing large-scale trademark portfolios for gaming, entertainment and hospitality clients. Her comprehensive trademark services include advising clients on trademark selection, clearance, registration, licensing and enforcement. She regularly represents clients before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and TTAB. She vigorously enforces her clients’ valuable trademark assets while using strategies aimed at achieving favorable settlement and avoiding costly litigation when possible.
Rodrigues’s work includes matters involving trademarks and trade dress (including global trademark portfolio management), copyrights, trade secrets, right of publicity, false advertising and complex sponsorship, endorsement and advertising contracts. She has represented several Fortune 500 companies and iconic brands.
