Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck is pleased to announce four elevations effective Jan. 1, 2025. Jessica Moyeda (Las Vegas) and Jessica Mullinix (Santa Barbara) were elevated to of counsel. Cooper Reveley (Denver) and Alex Torres (Sacramento) became senior policy advisors.

Of Counsel
Jessica Moyeda, a member of the firm’s Corporate & Business Department, counsels public and private companies on a wide variety of transactional matters. She regularly serves as lead or local counsel to borrowers, issuers, guarantors, lenders, underwriters and purchasers in connection with secured and unsecured credit facilities, debt offerings and equity offerings.
Jessica Mullinix, a member of the firm’s Real Estate Department, brings diverse experience and an adaptable approach to her business and real estate practice. Her practice centers on real property (sales and acquisitions, financing, development, construction, leasing and easements) and business contracts (sales and acquisitions, formation and governing documents and NDAs).
Senior Policy Advisor
Cooper Reveley, a member of the firm’s Government Relations Department, leverages experience from positions in state, federal and international government to connect clients with relevant policymakers and to offer strategic insight on high-level issues. He pilots stakeholder goals to success by employing his knowledge of state agencies and legislative process.
Alex Torres, a member of the firm’s Government Relations Department, is a dynamic and highly trusted public policy advocate working with some of the most significant stakeholders in state policymaking circles through direct advocacy, political analysis and policy and legal research. He also has longstanding relationships within California’s business community and advocates for policies to foster a more competitive market with a focus on Bay Area economic hubs.
