The company’s SwitchConnex 5.0 provides Interconnects, Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Carriers with new features and functionalities that make its platform more flexible, accessible and easy to use.
The SwitchConnex 5.0 release includes the following new and updated features:
“Our value proposition for the channel is to provide our Channel Partners with the best and most profitable platform for launching a UCaaS service offering for their end customers,” said Alan Rihm, CEO of CoreDial. “SwitchConnex 5.0 includes many new features and functions designed to help our partners to successfully sell, deliver, manage, and invoice for high value, margin rich Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) solutions to their end customers.”
With this 5.0 release, CoreDial significantly improved the user interface and user experience, both for partners and their customers. A revamped user rights system makes it easier to support partners’ end customers, and makes it significantly easier to brand the platform. A new level of login is designed to enable our channel partners to better engage 3rd party sales agents.
The Dashboard and Chat, two of the most notable new features, are designed to improve the usability of the SwitchConnex platform for every single user on the network.
SwitchConnex 5.0 will also include a new and improved, fully tested infrastructure which will provide increased redundancy, scalability, and security. The rollout of the new infrastructure is underway, and CoreDial partners have already begun experiencing improved web application performance.
SwitchConnex 5.0 is available to CoreDial partners beginning October 8th.
